Audio Timekeeper CDs were developed by Chris Cary in 2005 as a training tool for use with Bill Phillips' Body-for-LIFE Program. They can be used with many other workout programs as well. There are two types of Audio Timekeepers:
Weight Training The most effective weight lifting is accomplished by slow reps with proper form. Most people lift way too fast. Rushing makes for a poor workout and high risk for injury. The Audio Timekeeper CDs deliver a consistent rep cadence every time. No more watching the clock or trying to remember which set you're on, just follow along and let the CD guide you for an outstanding workout! Cardiovascular Training These CDs are a lot of fun! Each CD has four 20 minute workouts with varying intensity. Start out with Level I and work your way up to Level IV as you run, jog, or pedal to the beat.
